For therapeutic intervention, Sophie works with adolescents and adults. She is naturally friendly and non-judgemental with a strong belief in building rapport when working towards the client’s goals. She uses Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to help with issues such as anxiety, depression, grief and loss, adjustment disorder, trauma, substance use, and panic disorder. Sophie is registered with BOMH and NDIS, and takes private referrals.
