At Central Coast Therapy Centre, we support clients accessing counselling and psychological services through a range of funding and referral pathways. Each program has its own requirements, and we’re here to help you understand what options may be available to you.
To protect your privacy, we don’t ask for detailed personal or health information through our website. If you have questions about referrals, approvals, or eligibility, our reception team is happy to talk things through with you.
Victim Services NSW
We provide counselling and psychological support for clients approved through Victims Services NSW. Sessions are offered in line with Victims Services guidelines and approvals. Any communication with Victims Services, including reports or confirmation of attendance, is completed only where required and with your written consent. If you are currently accessing Victims Services support and would like to see whether we are the right fit for you, please contact us and we can guide you through the process.
WorkerCover / Worker's Compensation
We provide psychological services for clients with accepted Workers Compensation (WorkCover) claims. Treatment typically requires:
An accepted claim
An appropriate referral (such as from a GP)
Where required under the scheme, we can provide progress reports or other documentation. These are handled carefully and shared only as required and with client consent, in line with privacy legislation. If you’re unsure whether your claim or referral is suitable, our team can help clarify the process.
NDIS Participants
Central Coast Therapy Centre supports NDIS participants to access counselling and psychology services, depending on individual plans and funding arrangements. We respect participant choice and control. Information is shared with support coordinators, plan managers, or the NDIA only with your consent, unless required by law. If you’re an NDIS participant or support coordinator wanting to explore options or confirm suitability, please get in touch with our team.
